I’m a forever-married mama and grandma, living in the countryside surrounded by woods and fields. Our home is usually filled with family, friends, and a lively mix of furry companions.
I’m a lifelong student and seeker of natural healing—deeply passionate about plants, emotional wellness, and the body’s innate wisdom and the importance of strong families. My love for traditional, natural healing, began early in life and has only deepened over the years. Raising eight high-energy children naturally into adulthood has offered a wealth of real-life experience and insight.

HTMA-Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis & Food Sensitivity and Intestional Permiability Test
HTMA offers an invaluable examination into our mental, emotional and physical well-being with a deep insight into mineral imbalances and trauma & stress and their effects on our body. Initial action steps are provided with this session.
Food sensitivities can be challenging to figure out as symptoms can often appear up to 72 hours after consuming the offending food. This simple test checks for over 170 foods and additives plus intestional permiability, which is so important.
My Living Light Metabolic Reset Program
